Yes of course. Blurred Lines' airplay is still rising and its staying strong in the top 5 on iTunes. It jumped to 12 this week, next week if his streaming is good enough he'll jump into the lower half of the top 10.

If it wasn't for the new streaming rules Heart Attack would've went top 10 the first week, sistren and she was in the top 10 on itunes for weeks and was selling 100k+ weekly before her music video was even released
