Quite excited to see how Fairy types will work in the game! I had a beast of a Clefable on Pokemon Red when I was little, I wouldn't mind at all bringing her back now as the Dragon Slayer!

What was the moveset? I never tried Clefable in the 1st gen, matter of fact I never really tried Clefable period until B/W2. Clefable with Cosmic Power/Charge Beam/Stored Power/Softboiled can be good

Medicham really should have either a faster or bulkier evolution. It's so frail it could die to basically anything so it needs a scarf normally, and if it doesn't use a scarf the only viable set is the double priority one. I'd STAN for a new evolution with more bulk or speed and being placed in UU

I guess it just depends on how the stats would be changed. I'm assuming it'd be put into UU though since it's only RU right now.
