I figured this from the start Sucks too since they made a big deal about Taylor the year before, but nothing for Katy. Granted, she did get honored with the Spotlight Award last year (only her and Michael Jackson have received that award ), so maybe they felt this year would be too much.
We still have the VMAs to look forward to in August. Maybe a new single by then?
I can't believe that she got no awards out of her 10!! nominations last night. although I kinda understand it, seeing how Billboard awards chart performance and all Katy had last year was Wide Awake which, even as huge as it was, paled in comparison to the other nominees. But they could have at least thrown 1 award her way. 10!!! freaking nominations. Oh well...

Aren't we roughly expecting the ARTPOP single at the end of the summer as well? I hope Katy and Gaga's eras don't line up and compete directly like that -- it would hurt both of them.
