Selena Gomez Comes To Bieber's Defense, Talks International Promo Run
Today, we sat down with Princess of Pop Selena Gomez for yet another interview and she talked about boyfriend Justin Bieber's recent behavior and her upcoming international promo campaign for her album Fantasy.
On Justin -
Billboard: So uhh recently your boyfriend Justin Bieber has been displaying some pretty erratic behavior, what do you think about that?
Selena: I think he's very misunderstood and is just taking time to experience life and when you are a young person in this industry trying to experience life, it's hard when you have a million cameras in your face.
On Her Upcoming Promo Campaign -
Billboard: So recently you've been all over, doing tracks with rappers, performing at big events, doing music videos, what can we expect next?
Selena: Well this week is the last of my US Promo run, so you'll see a lot from me there, and then next week I will be leaving the US to do a bunch of events in other countries.
Billboard: Oh really like where?
Selena:Well, Europe where I've been too a lot before, and then too Asia, Latin America and Australia which I'm very excited for. I won't have a lot of time here in the US for a while.
Billboard: So how's that gonna affect your relationship with Justin?
Selena: Well I'll have days off and he'll have days off so we'll make it work.
Billboard: Is he supportive?
Selena: Oh definitely, he knows how this business works and he knows that sometimes, their's gonna be times when we can't be around each other.Their's gonna be times when work just doesn't allow it. And I think that's why we're just so... so good with each other because we know. We know what it's like to be in the industry so we can see where the other person is coming from a lot of times.

They are solo because Jay-Z had his own single "About That Time" and Kanye had "Numb". I still added their 2 collab singles and collab album for both, if they were counted as a duo they'd lose both their independent singles. So they would be lower lol.
