It had nearly 40 million audience impressions. That's pretty big. Now let's look at "#thatpower" right now:

Wow! Almost 52 million audience impressions! And a video! And Justin Bieber featured on the track!

And finally, let's looks at the current position of "Crazy Kids":

Ehh, that's just the way it is. It's been released longer and has accumulated more attention so it's only natural it's going to be higher. It's not really setting the charts on fire so I guess that's a positive to look at; "Crazy Kids" will most likely be more successful. :P
