My personal method is by applying the rate of growth in the US since IFPI of corresponding years to the worldwide IFPI total; it assumes that Gaga has a relatively even percentage-based rate of sales globally, rather than selling outrageously in the US. If anything it underestimates a lot of her sales, though "Poker Face" is just a little iffy (but not impossible or illogical). Here are all my estimates right now, to be updated very slightly later tonight:
