Here's what i think how it is going:
It's stalling/ climbing slowly on radio right now. I hope it keeps stalling/not falling until the MV out. I has a decent position on itunes right now, i hope radio will notice so it could survive next week. A performance for KIIS will help KIIS played her more next week, so hopefully it will survive.
After the video comes out, it will be shooting up on itunes and Dancing With The Stars comes at the perfect timing (on Tuesday) and Today Show could help it's stable in where it is at for a whole week. It could shoot the single up to Top 20 Billboard that week (Top 10 is also possible if her streaming is strong enuff). It will definitely catch the second wind on radio the week after. Her itunes position should be stable somewhere inside Top 20 after the promo. It will be fine on radio if everything goes right. I predict it will cross 40M AI on radio at the very least.
Plus she's doing promo for it, it'll be fine. The song is being played out very smart, her promo team knows what they are doing for real this era.
