#Willpower (will.I.am's new album) debuts at #3 in UK with 20K copies sold in its 1st week , around 12K copies less than "Femme Fatale" and even less than "Bionic" 
I thought he was so big and huge in UK and that Britney deeply needed him there (well according to haters), I never imagined he would fail to outsell Britney's worst selling album "Femme Fatale" in UK 
interesting  . . . now I want to see if he is going to outgross "FF tour UK dates"

Femme Fatale's first week sales in the UK right now would be enough for a #1. I'm really hoping she can finally snatch a #1 there with album 8 and I think the chances are high.

What makes you think that? She might promote there. If she gets a #1 album, people won't complain about the #1's. 
I only want 300K, which is Platinum. Platinum in the US, UK, and maybe France. Gold in Germany and decent sales in Japan (around the 100K region).
Let's see -
US: 1M. (Platinum)
UK: 300K. (Platinum)
Japan: 100K. (Gold)
France: 100K. (Platinum)
Germany: 100K. (Gold)
Canada: 160K-240K. (2X Platinum or 3X Platinum)
