It doesn't have to be an "urban" remix. It could just be Wiz doing a verse on the current beat, and it would help it get more airplay on rhythmic (I'm surprised this song still isn't in the top 50 on there in its current form tbh, since it's appropriate for the format). It might be because Selena is seen as teen-pop, but Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande have been accepted on there.
