Yes, but she looked in a much better place than during FF when it seemed like she had no idea what was going on. At least during Circus she was aware of everything. They probably messed her up with some meds or smth during FF.
2013 seems the best she's been for a while though, at least going by candids. She seems happy and normal on most of them, while 2008-2012 we'd quite often have candids of her looking sad/zombie-like.
