West Indies culture doesn't have as much influence here as it does across the pond.
In the United States, its mainly ginger ale though there are a few ginger beers here and there.
As for Kool Aid, if you're a health nut,its probably going to taste TERRIBLE.If you are into sweets/junk food, it would be decent - good.It depends on how much sugar you put in the mix.
