This song and video are NOTHING of Gangnam Style's quality. GS admittedly was great before it got overplayed/overdone to death. This was awful from the start. It's just trashy.
I personally think this video is much better than GS. It follows a clear plot and the ridiculousness actually enhances the plot unlike GS which comes across as gimmick sprinkled on top.
I think PSY has no. 1 on locked for this week's Billboard Top 100. Digital tracking period ended yesterday but youtube streaming ends on Wednesday. So he has 2 more days to pick up more youtube views.
