I think she used superbowl to sell the tickets for Europe and America and that way she can use 5 and announcing new dates for both Europe and America and that way she has a huge amount of dates in areas where she is sure to sell out. SA, Asia and Australia will hear the new music it's just Europe and NA will first enjoy a Revel-like production before the new re-invention. I feel sorry for the countries that are going to hear only old songs, like Serbia, Slovakia, Croatia, etc. She can sell at least 2 the arena in Paris, 2 the O2 in Dublin, at least 4 times the O2 in London, the arenas in the Netherlands and Belgium, she can visit Spain and Russia, some Scandinavian new dates... I think it's all planned.
WTF is up with all these "Biggest BLACK touring act" comments, Beyonce is above that ****, her race is irrelevant, people who buy her tickets aren't going because they want to see a "black" star perform, they want to see an international superstar who is talented, captures attention and is larger than life in person, Beyonce has dropped the race card since Dreamgirls.
Well they also listed artpop and as far as I know it's not going to be released until late in the year. I don't think they know
ARTPOP it's going to be released in summer, the person who makes these strange NASA glasses for Gaga (JD/PF-ish like) said the album it's going to be released in summer 2013 and that happened after the surgery.
So this tour is gonna be pretty long. I guess the European leg is just Revel with a new stage. Curious that she would use the new stage so early when she hasn't even released music yet. It's a bit confusing.

the biggest black touring act of our time having to extend the tour into another year.
I am from the Philippines and I have to say, I really got excited when saw their tweet. BUT... it's only now that it hit me, MTV Phil's final broadcast was in February 2010 so I don't know if their source is really reliable.
If she is planning to release the album later in the year, i wouldn't be surprised if some dates she was planning to do late this year have been pushed back until next year.
