It's not always that easy to spot a hit. That's the only reason everyone is giving it a hard time, because one thinks "oh that will be such a quick rising smash" and then their expectations are not met when it's moving modestly after just
4 weeks of being sent out for release.
I can bet over next 4 weeks, the radio updates will pick back up then the Billboard performance. It's only slow on radio because the top 7 songs have 11,000 spins, plus her own "Trouble." still ahead of it. The crossover and quicker death of a few of the songs falling now will help it join "I Love It" & "Mirrors" as top ten newcomers on pop.
That's just my view. Of course, it could end up stalling now but it's a bit premature to call imo.
