Since I remember her fans have only chosen 3 singles "break the ice" , "if u seek amy" and "Criminal". . . And the "If u seek amy" one was a mutual thing her fans voted for it but Britney was going to release it either way.

When ITZ came out, the fans went CRAZY over Toxic, which made it the single. It was an instant fan favorite, obviously.
