They are basing it off of a track record.

Let's say a kid gets three A's, one B, then two more A's.. you would assume the next grade he'd get is an A right?

So basically they are assuming based off of how many albums they've had collabs on vs. the amount of albums they haven't had collabs on.

We're talking full-length albums though. We only assume that with albums, because drake and nicki always collab together.

Looking at it now:

Wayne was only wanted for a hit.
Parker & Brinx were new, so she put them on to give them exposure.
Ciara & Tyga were just there really, same with Cassie.
