The song has grown on me, but I honestly thought it was going to be an INSTANT love. I think the sample was underused. They should have almost built the song around it, and I'm sure it would have packed a bigger punch. The way it is now, the sample could have been left out of the song and nothing would have really sounded different.

That's what I was thinking as well. Selena cited Britney influences (?), but I was definitely hearing Rihanna. Not a bad thing..just interesting.
