So i JUST did the Kelly rate...

I forgot how great Anytime & You Thought Wrong were and how AWFUL Beautiful Disaster (the original) is

and although AIEW is one of my least favs overall, i came to the realization that I really love the album tracks from AIEW, compared to BA & MD, but the singles from the others totally trump AIEW...

but Stronger remains

So PLU was #2 for the second night in the countdown show on radio here in AUS, The KellyClarksonAustralia facebook and twitter had been hardcore voting, they did the same for DS and CMB but never got results like this, so signs of a good start?!

The only good part about The Voice is the audition phase because it's cool to see if they turn their chairs around. After that no one gives a ****. And they can't produce a star.

The contestants on Idol are fresh and raw though. They aren't rejects and failures like The Voice contestants. Not to mention Idol takes care of their contestants after the show unlike The Voice.

Obviously. They are amateurs, which is cool. But I haven't seen any contestant worthwhile in ages. I just prefer the Voice where the format is fresher and the judges aren't as self-involved as the new Idol ones are. Keith Urban seems to be the exception though.

All I'm saying is that Idol is not as great as it used to be. But it goes without saying that Kelly and Carrie are the extremely rare exceptional talents.

Seriously! The Voice is 100% about the judges, always has been and always will be. The only winners the show has had so far are Blake Shelton and Maroon 5. They get a bunch of failed musicians who remain failed musicians even after they win.

At least Idol has undiscovered talent, and continues to produce successful acts. Neither Phillip or Scotty are struggling right now...

And Candice, Kree, and Angie this season, or Jessica Sanchez from last season >>>>>>>>>>> anyone from The Flop.

Can't argue against that. I still can't get into either Phillip or Scotty for some reason. What genre is Phillip's music anyway?

Time to move on to the next topic. When does Idol's Live shows start, I'll have to check them if Kelly's performing on one of them soon. That PLU needs to slay.
