You can tell a lot about someone's personality based on how they treat others, other than just you.

He or she can be nice to you but be a major asshole to everyone else. Just be observant when you're around said person and see how they interact with others.

lol that's true. Some people think waiters are below them & view them as just servants. If you go out to eat with someone and they're unnecessarily rude to the waiter then that says a lot about how they treat others.
