They probably should be, but I feel like they're also sometimes used to breathe new life into dying songs in efforts to extend chart success / achieve higher peaks (like the ones for Last Friday Night, S&M, Till The World Ends, etc.). If that's what they'd hope to achieve with one for C'Mon, I kind of feel like it'd be too little too late.
Though I'd still be cool with it happening.
