It's not hugely different, but I think it's better than the original. The Diva definition at the start is different, there's more scenes with these hats posted below, and a bit less of the freestyle dancing at the end, and the black-and-white + colour scenes are just B&W which I prefer because I think colour isolation with B&W is really cheesey. And Video Phone doesn't play at the end.
