The PDF only factors in 18 shows out of the 21 she did, but at the top it says from January 1st - June 30th 2011. Her last three shows were on June 27th in Sydney, June 29th in Adelaide and July 2nd in Perth. So I don't get why they didn't factor in the Sydney and Adelaide shows, considering they came before the deadline...
But anyway, with those last three grosses:
