My opinion is the opinion of a person who doesn't follow Bey's every step (professional and personal) - like most of the people aka the GP. All we see is her acting politely, chit chat with the president and so on. We don't see "this" side of her. To many this track would seem strange and forced like an attempt to stand out, not to get lost in this Dance/EDM/etc dominating scene. To me it's like she's doing this track to be look different even though she isn't.
