Some days I'm so positive about Hilary coming back to slay us, other days like today I have no hope I was so sure 2013 was Hilary's year but it's already 3 months in and 1 guest role. Also after that Mitch Allen response to a fan about her music I see nothing in the near future.

That was truly devastating to read.

Meanwhile Hilary spends her days shopping, dining out, baking and basically housewife stuff.

Hilary should have waited to take her break till now. If she had kept busy in 2008 & 2009 with music & 2010 with movies, at least we wouldn't be suffering this way.

Its funny when people say she didn't work much in 2008, she worked more in 2008 then she does now. I was looking back at old VHS tapes from 08 and she was appearing on talk shows one after another, for promoting war inc.

those were the good times.

She barely did anything in 2008 either though. Yeah she did like a whole week's worth of promo for War Inc. but that was a big project for John.

She really should have went back in the studio and recorded an album, released it at the end of 2008, completing her contract with HWR, toured all of 2009, focused on films in 2010 and gotten married. Then in 2011 she could have promoted her films while doing a another film or two, gotten pregnant and given birth around the same time frame. We wouldn't be so restless and we would have had all these years of inactivity. Even I can't believe we've been around for so long.

Had she done this, she would have also been in a better position for a comeback later this year.

What do you all think about Hilary "fans" (or "stans") that do not support her film career and basically want her to do music FULL time. How can you call yourself a fan (or stan) when you haven't even seen the queen's movies, like Bloodworth and Stay Cool, please keep in mind that those movies were online for a good time before they even came out on DVD, let's get into it girls, thoughts? Also, if your favorite is Hilary, shouldn't you be able to form thoughts on her career and express them to the REAL fans and stans...

I couldn't agree more with you. In my opinion, the most important thing we should do as fans is to support her. Yes, we all miss Hilary touring and singing, but there's nothing we can do about it. Everybody needs to put in mind that she is also an actress. A real actress. I love her even more because of movies like Bloodworth and Greta, for example. We can't be called FANS if all we do is critize and try to control her decisions.
