How can someone manage a country really well, when thousands of deaths by criminal people is more higher than the Afganistan war?. Pinnochet 30 K but Chavez sure did more deaths with his inefficiency to control the security institutions (That actually are way worse than the criminal people). The thing is you can't compare a leader with another leader. Chavez was a liar, he always put the mask of kind leader when the elections were coming but the problems were all the same when the days were happening. Good with poor people? Really? Those are the most killed here and the most hurt.
