Why does everyone call Curtis arrogant? Was he mean during the group rounds? Did he say something that came across as cocky?

I didn't say he was arrogant but he's so fake. I loved when Nicki was like "Cut the act, Curtis. You know you're going through"
We all know he wouldn't be successful if he wins. Which we won't. Hopefully he won't even make it through this round.
He comes off as an arrogant church queen. His vocals are good, but the remaining Idol audience will think of Joshua Ledet and realize that Curtis isn't all that.
