Is there an actual source that says Katy is definitely working with Dr Luke again? The only thing I can find is Bonnie saying that she's working with Katy and Luke on her own album, and that she's "probably" going to be working on Katys album with him.
"Probably" being the key word - that doesn't exactly imply that she has already been asked to come work on it, just that it seems likely based on past events. Sounds like a throw-away statement not based on facts.
It's annoying having everyone talk like it's a done deal when there's nothing solid supporting it.
