i think when Parker said that he was referring to his own future project insinuating he wanted to return to his homeland and support some artist of his homeland and descent but I must say i would LOVE if nicki tryed to get some international producers out of the country for this next album to try and create a newer and more fresh sound that hasn't been exposed to US radio or the urban and rhythmic crowd
