The whole nymph and Jo scene was showing that you need to be able to love yourself first before you can actually learn to love others truly. She was both of the nymph and Jo and they started to kiss each other in the video meaning that she finally learned to love herself even if ha man can't.
The Yuyi scene was just part of the many things Taylor was trying to change her into. He kept trying to change her the way he wanted her to be. He tries to have sex with yuyi but couldn't. So he had to keep trying.

I think she was on her way back to Nebraska and then all of that changing stuff he was doing was what happened in the past before she left.
I also still don't see the connection between the Nymph and Jo tbh
