If C'Mon had been promoted better (like, not 3/4 of the performances sucking), had been dropped at a
different time than when it was or had been NOT single #2... it probably would've fared better.

I think they made a huge mistake, though. This is going to bite the era in the ass so single #3 better do damage.

I really love this song but now that it flopped I'm realizing why it did.

It's GREAT as an album track but as a single I don't think it was a good plan.

I can see where RCA was coming from, though - releasing this as single #4 probably would've resulted
in a peak FAR worse, much like Britney's Criminal Now the next two singles will look wonderful after this.

C'Mon is pretty much my favorite Ke$ha song, but she isn't relevant enough to pull it off at the moment.
If she had pushed it as single #4 after Crazy Kids and Supernatural, or even after single #3, it probably would've worked.

At the very least, C'Mon reached out to a good amount of people and didn't completely flop.
Like, top 10 on Pop isn't THAT floppy. It could've done MUCH worse. It even outperformed Marry the Night.

If this was the first single, it would have done better, probably better then "Die Young", like I said way back when, it was a mistake to put two "yolo" type songs single after single. It worked with Tik Tok and Blahx3 because the amount of hype she had at the time. Why do you think YLIMD did better then its previous single? Because it was something different.

The GP is obviously tired of this type of Ke$ha and is asking for something different and new, if we get "Crazy Kids" it'll do the same as C'Mon.

The problem with this song in my opinion is its sound is geared towards summer and this is February.

If Crazy Kids is released next, I think it'd peak somewhere in the range of #10-#15, honestly.
Drip is right that it's too boring or unsurprising from Ke$ha, but I don't think it'd completely flop if released,
because it mixes alternative influences along with dancepop and alternative influences are reigning.

I just think it needs to go Supernatural THEN Crazy Kids

And Warrior is doing well on streaming. That means C'Mon is giving her at least SOME public attention.
I think there's still some magical potential it'll break out and become a hit but I highly doubt it.

I really hope they realize what they need to do and push a new single for spring

Billboard now also take into account weekly YouTube views in the US for the Hot 100.

I don't like that rule. I don't think it's very fair at all. But whatevs, I guess.

I agree with everyone who thinks she'll perform C'Mon at the KCAs, and that maybe we should continue to request it even though it's not really doing a whole lot. Even if it doesn't ever do well enough in one week to land in the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100, maybe it could be one of those tracks that ends up selling a respectable amount anyway because of its longevity? It doesn't actually appear to be losing steam on iTunes.

Since the introduction of the revamped formula, chart peaks shouldn't be our main focus anymore. Like you said U4EA, longevity is key and overall sales should now be used to determine whether the song was a success or not. It really doesn't seem to have much of a chance in gaining at this point, but the song could turn out to do okay if it keeps selling at the rate it's going right now.
