I honestly don't think this injury will affect ARTPOP at all. I've always thought that we would get a single in the Summer with an album in August or September. If she gets surgery as soon as possible, like, today, the timing will be perfect and she will have enough time to recover and come back in June or July. I mean, she has to if she wants to make a comeback at the VMAs and release the album in time for the Grammy submissions.
I just hope we get a release date soon. The wait would be one hundred times easier if we knew the date.
