Someone asked how Gaga can say the album is finished(like she said at least 4 different times for btw and at least once or twice for artpop) and it not be out yet or ready to go. He clarified saying she likely is refering to her end of music as in figuring out what songs will be on the album and having them down on the piano not neccesarily being fully mastered/produced.
She did however say she was tracklisting the other day so she has to have the album songs down and just arranging the flow of the album. Her recording doesn't mean anything as she was recording music 2 weeks before BTW released and a month or so after it did. Even back in april with that nme interview she was still doing background vocals to electric chapel.
