If nothing else, craft the choreography around Gaga so that the dancers have great routines and Gaga can just sing and join in with parts she's capable of.

Omfg, when you will people understand that RICHIE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HER CHOREOGRAPHER. All of Gaga's choreo has been a collab between LAG and Richie.
There are two possible reasons why Gaga isn't dancing to her fullest at the ball:
1) She can't sing and dance for two hours straight. It's a hard thing to do, so she doesn't dance as much.
2) She doesn't care, she's over the BTW Ball and the BTW era and wants to move on to the next era.
Gaga killed her choreo during the BTW era, but that was during the era when everything was new. She's over it and wants to move on and that's why she's not pushing herself. Y'all act like she was a good dancer two eras ago.
Gaga has choreo input, so if something sucks, it's her, not Richie. She controls everything.
