The New York Post had the court documents, so it was true. Gaga's tweet was explaining that it was a personal matter, hence her emotional reaction.

Also, don't worry about Perez. He's pretty much turned against every pop girl except Madonna, and lord knows that's just a matter of time. We all know he'll be secretly sweating his pig ass to ARTPOP when it comes out.

Hmm, so Dave Russell (who I believe is Gaga's sound engineer?) was asked by a fan on Twitter to dispel to Ratchet collab with Beyonce, Azealia, and Rihanna and he simply replied that "there are not many on the album". I'm assuming he means collabs, but I wish someone would officially shoot down these rumors if untrue.
