We apologize for our last tweet about ARTPOP. We just got an e-mail from Lady Gaga's manager saying the album will be released early 2014.
Keep in mind it's from Billboard, they haven't been the best source of Gaga news as of late. They reported Cake as being her new single and they keep trying to make Ratchet (feat. Beyonce, Azealia Banks and Rihanna) happen, even still reporting rumors that its going to be Beyonce's lead single, which is just silly.
Gaga also said ARTPOP has a solid release date, I kinda feel like they wouldn't set a release date if there was still 8-9 months of work to be done on the album. She's also talking a bit more freely about the album on twitter and Zedd went out of his way to shoot down the rumors that ARTPOP was far from ready.
