Rihanna is busy on tour apparently, Adele has said she wouldn't, Madonna is inbetween albums and so is Kylie. However, the latter just celebrated her 25th anniversary and was originally planned years ago but pulled out because of being diagnosed with cancer.
So, it's either Gaga or Kylie, I'd bet. What makes me think it's Gaga is that she rocked it in 2009, she has an album launch in Spring/Summer and I seem to remember Glastonbury saying they had picked out the next female back in 2011...which would be in the height of BTW hype and around when she did R1BW.
Plus, didn't she/her crew say she'd be back in the UK in June?
