Well, they most likely scrapped the old sound and are probably working on a new, 2014 version of ARTPOP now

Gaga's music has never sounded 'outdated'. Actually, music in general has never been 'outdated'. There is no such thing as dated music except from the fact that some music was released a long time ago - that doesn't mean her music will sound off or unappealing.

Her hinting stuff is what makes her Gaga so I agree...

April 3rd would be earlier than I expect at this time, so I'm here for it. Now that she's said that we won't be getting anything until the tour ends, I'm actually enjoying the wait, just as long as we get something before July
