I have nothing against sampling if the original songwriter is credited and agrees with it.

When artists dont have enough money to pay for samples, then they should at least officially ask for permission or simply work harder on their own music... or maybe release songs which contain samples unoficially

Are you talking about the music video? Because the Director has said "I brought Beyoncé a number of references and we picked some out together. Most were German modern-dance references, believe it or not. But it really evolved" BEFORE the copycat video arose. And it's a MUSIC VIDEO, there are no writing credits or production credits involved. Did Gaga have to put "VIDEO INSPIRED BY TARENTINO MOVIE STYLE" Or should it just be inferred?

Well...surely it's entirely possible that Gaga and RedOne messed around with the sample to create a demo of some sort that they ended up discarding and RedOne used it for J Lo? Gaga would get a credit.
