Admittedly the topic of feminism would be a fantastic theme for a song or two, just not as the lead single.
Anything called 'Burqa' - regardless of theme - would cause controversy, because the states that have already raised an issue with her will use it to fuel their arguments.
She needs a generic, pop-happy single to smash from the get-go. After that she can do what she wants.
Saying that, if she
does want to address feminism at all, it'll be in her lead single. Bitch is smart; she knows that lead singles are what hit the hardest.
