Not necessarily.
You could have the first single beginning/mid-March, 2nd single late-May, and the album could drop in June sometime.
Maybe even put the 2nd single mid-May and have the album early June.
EDIT: When I say 'close to the summer', it doesn't have to be IN the summer. Just close enough for people to want to put it on their iPods before they go on holiday, and for it to be played in clubs overseas.
