Why safer? Releasing on Friday it's actually a good strategy because:
-In the first 3 days alone she will sell a lot of copies (see BTW)
-The airplay will be quite high for the first week because she will have 5 days of huge audience impressions (I think they're going for a deal again) and it won't be affected by rolling effect.
-Then for the 2nd week she'll have a good whole week of sales and a similar audience.
If the single is good 2 weeks at #1 are granted !
P.S.: Oh and Interscope needs to put it on Streaming immediately! I'm not here for a Boyfriend/WANEGBT mess
If she release on a Tuesday she will have huge digital numbers but low airplay, I guess Friday or Tuesday the debut number will be equivalent in the end 
Well, the point I was making anyway was that she should release at the top of the week so she has a full week to her advantage!
In the end total sales are the ones that count the more
