I don't think so. There wouldn't be that many people attending if that was the case. Taylor plays a role in a movie that got 5 nominations so he should be invited, I'm not sure though

But Taylor is a bit-part in the movie. I dunno the complete rules for this, but I don't think they invite the ENTIRE cast to the Oscars for every movie (plus the actual nominated actors outside of Best Picture movies).
