Iggie, please tell me you bought this for less than $250.
Edit: Well yeah, the first things you want to check are
1. Processor Speed
2. VRAM
3. Hard-drive storage size and speed (and even type)
4. I would say Memory is also to look out for, but really.. all you need is 4GB for daily tasks, and you can easily upgrade it for cheap.
When you buy a laptop, ALWAYS look out for the things you can't upgrade. And if they're upgradeable, think about the cost of the replacements/upgrades.
