Gaga is very anti-bullying, but a minority of her fans are not. That's just how it is. On top of that, websites such as this one only promote and provoke those susceptible to short temper and bad influence to carry out their actions on Twitter. I see it in every fan base, even the Katy Kats.
However, people are forgetting who Kelly Osbourne is. She is the daughter of a very famous man who was offered a spot on a fashion program because she is the daughter of a very famous man. That is it. She is judging fashion sense and individual taste, yet she has one of the worst track records of fashion sense in history. She has zero credibility to be doing so. It's all so staged and some of us can see right through it. She doesn't know what she is doing, at all.
But based on your signature, you probably aren't able to be objective about this anyway.
