I'm not sure FanMail is a better album than CrazySexyCool, but I picked it because I loved where TLC pushed their sound that era. "No Scrubs" is obviously the best thing they've ever done.
I was kind of expecting Exile in Guyville to be higher. I feel like Liz Phair has developed a bit of a following on ATRL.
I wouldn't be surprised if Come On Over, Jagged Little Pill, or Butterfly takes this whole thing. I would be surprised if any of them fall below the top ten...
