The success of P!nk's So What should be proof enough that most people don't need to be rock stars with songs on the radio to enjoy tracks that describe them as such. I really don't see why Thinking Of You's "I'm somebody now so I don't need you" message would keep ordinary people from buying it -- everyone enjoys feeling like a big deal, even if it's just for three minutes or so.

I also feel like the world could really use a song like that right now! It feels like forever since the last good unapologetically bratty breakup anthem.

This is possibly my favourite single of hers, even if people think it is a bit too safe. I wish she was relevant in the UK because this song deserves so much success.

I hope it does better globally than Die Young. It kind of sucks, but It's growing on me and I get the appeal.

Hmm, DY hasn't peaked as highly as I'd hoped but it has stayed strong on iTunes which isn't that common here it seems (not including songs like Gangnam Style)

Wherever You Are was one of my favourites but I got bored of it after about 4 listens so I don't think it's a good choice now.
