I think the dark part was her revealling her bulimia. I cant think of anything that would leave her scars on her back and told no sex for 2 weeks. I think she is overexagerating and throwing misinformation about the hospital scene so we don't figure out what actually happened.

Well, no sex for two weeks is what I though gave away the possibility of abortion, because that's allegedly a very common request after the procedure. The scars on the back are odd though.
