If she were to carry it out into the public eye, the "art aspect" would never matter to anyone. If she exploits tragedy in such a way, that would be such a mockery of life itself, and would speak to her character as being a horrible, disgusting person.
Sometimes, an artist needs too look at the world beyond her canvas. It would not be, and never will be, a good idea.
