I thought Warrior was way better for a while, but now I really only use 8-9 songs. I use the same amount on Animal, but overall I think it's better.
Edit - IDK, I guess they are pretty equal. My opinion changes too much

honestly the album isnt flawless. like its good totally and ke$ha is my main fave and all, but its not flawless, nope. neither are animal or cannibal. she has some tracks i dont use or just skip because some just arent that great, but some of her songs are just amazing. like, for example past lives is amazing and wonderland is good, but wonderland cant even come close to past lives, its like she had amazing songs (last goodbye, cmon, gold trans am) good songs (die young, crazy kids, thinking of you) and then just okay ones (only wanna dance with you, dirty love, wonderland) jrjejjsjsjejejnene idk what the point of this was, but ok

If "Die Young" wasn't a single, it would be complete filler, Wherever You Are can be considered filler and so can All That Matters. I still bop to those tracks, but it sort of breaks the cohesive nature of the album.

if you take off your stan glasses and take into consideration what the theme of the album is, theres filler for sure...

But filler is mostly objective and can go from person to person. You can't concretely say what's a filler track and what isn't. Ke$ha said this album is supposed to be about living life and enjoying it.
If we go by that Supernatural, Dirty Love, OWDWY, Past Lives, Last Goodbye, Gold Trans AM, Love Into The Light, Thinking Of You, and Wonderland would all be filler tracks.
Then the only tracks being true to the theme are

Crazy Kids
Out Alive

The album isn't clearly about "having fun in life"... I mean, it has a lot of meanings, no concrete one.
Out Alive isn't gonna be a single. And Warrior will not see the light, either. Let's B Reel.

shes said some many different themes that its hard to judge 
theres the "**** pop" theme and the magic theme too...idk but i would say that overall the album was supposed to be rock, so id say the songs like wherever you are and all that matters are filler.
