You're Still The One without a doubt is a far better song, but Breathe? That's kinda an iffy. It's really not hard though to see why Before He Cheats was so massive, at the time it was a male-domination on country radio. Carrie was something new, fresh, fierce and didn't sing about alcohol or trucks in each song. Then comes this masterpiece, Before He Cheats, where its a sassy driven, powerful, revenge anthem that every girl and their mother learned. Before He Cheats came out at a time where country radio was on a decline, and thanks to this massive hit - It started to sky rocket again and she opened the doors for other female country artists to finally have their shot in the spotlight.

Carrie's vocals are great, but Carrie should never come into contact with Kara DioGuardi again. Both songs they wrote together are terrible, and never should of seen the light of day - The fact that they wrote more songs for the this era together truly scares me, and I'm thankful she didn't choose those songs.
The Good Girl video was flawless, it was everything I could of asked for.
